There's LOTS of birth plans out there on Google & Pinterest, but none of those really satisfied me when I was creating my own. They either didn't cover what I thought was important information or they were SUPER lengthy covering every possible option which can make them not so simple to follow. I've simplified the birth plan into a single page that has all the information you need.
